The rooms were roomy and spotless, and the place is set somewhere really peaceful, so it was easy to rest. We spent the afternoon with the owner and family, including their lovely dogs, and they were incredibly welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and very reasonably priced. There’s plenty of parking too. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
Dinner with Jean-Pierre and his family was a real highlight, with plenty of laughs, a relaxed atmosphere, and homemade food using local ingredients. Breakfast was great too. Jean-Pierre made us feel welcome and was funny, spontaneous, and easy to reach. He also shared useful tips about the region and places to see. Our room was clean, comfortable, and practical, and he even let us check in earlier than planned. The only little downside was that the terrace was being worked on, so there weren’t outdoor chairs for sitting in the sun. Still, it was a lovely, genuine stay at a very fair price.
The rooms were very clean and the beds were high quality, in a peaceful, welcoming setting. We were greeted so warmly, and the hosts really value sharing with their guests. The table d'hôte was excellent, and breakfast was generous. Everything was homemade.
Our dog was welcomed just as warmly as we were. The room was lovely, and we had a wonderful stay. Dinner with the host family was a treat, with a cook and a pastry chef in the family. Breakfast was homemade too. Thank you!
A generous, filling breakfast and a quiet, clean room with everything we needed made this a very satisfying stop on our holiday drive. The owners and their daughter were so friendly, and there was parking right outside the house. The three huskies came over to say hello at breakfast. Our host had checked first that we were comfortable with that. Vienna is about 15 km from the house, and it’s well worth visiting. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast.
