I was there for a birthday party, so I didn't try the rooms or the service. The house is large and works well for receptions. Water damage on the ceiling on the garden side took away from the stay a little. The garden looked magnificent, but the weather meant we couldn't enjoy it, which was a shame.

The setting is lovely and quiet, and the accommodation was very clean and tastefully decorated. We slept really well. Our host was kind and friendly, and breakfast was excellent. We can only recommend the place, and we'll definitely come back.

A complete scam. The establishment cancelled our reservation but still charged us for the stay. After weeks of waiting and chasing them, the manager still hasn't refunded us, and we feel we've been scammed. The booking was made through Booking.com, which said the refund would be processed. But 2.5 months after the cancelled stay, there's still no refund. I absolutely don't recommend this establishment or its dubious practices.

Breakfast was homemade and generously stocked. The place itself was lovely, peaceful, and clean, with shops nearby but none of the noise. The owners were welcoming without being overbearing. A really sweet night in a great setting, definitely worth doing.

The hostess was warm and helpful, and it felt easy to settle in. The bungalows are modern, roomy, and clean, set quietly in a garden with private parking. Highly recommended.
