I spent a pleasant 10 days at the Mercure hotel in Saint Cloud. Cecile at the front desk was friendly and helpful, from booking the room through to assisting me during the stay. Breakfast was good, and the area was nice with an easy commute into Paris.

Cecile gave us amazing service, and reception greeted us with such warm hospitality. The hotel is in a great spot near a supermarket and nice restaurants. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We appreciated how responsive the team was in arranging our stay and helping us out, even when we were still working late into the night. The rooms were comfortable and the location convenient, with pleasant walks to nearby restaurants. Having refillable water bottles and a coffee machine in the foyer was a nice extra.

The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming, and breakfast was good. My bed was comfortable, though the pillows weren't great, and the room was spacious enough. The walls are a bit thin. I was there for work, and it felt expensive, though the French Open was on that same week, which may explain the price. The area is suburban Paris, so it won't feel like central Paris if that's what you're after.
