The pools were fantastic and very clean. When the air conditioning broke in our accommodation, it was fixed quite quickly. The on-site supermarket isn't great for fresh meat, fruit, or vegetables, though there's a much bigger one about 0.3 miles away. There's just one restaurant and bar, and they felt pricey for what they offered. No electric car chargers on site, so you'll need to drive elsewhere to charge.

The water park is excellent, with lots for everyone to do. It'd be nice if more of the entertainment were translated into English, though I understand we're in France. The slides shouldn't close in the middle of the day, and one more part-time lifeguard could take care of that. The shop should also stay open past 7 PM. Otherwise, it's a really nice park for a holiday.

The pool, slides, and outdoor play areas were excellent, and our children had a brilliant time. The location near St Cyprien is lovely, and the park has a lot going for it. We booked through Eurocamp at short notice after a family cancer diagnosis, hoping for a peaceful break with our two young children before treatment began. The stay turned out to be far from relaxing. We tried to be polite, respectful, and speak French, but still often felt unwelcome. Staff could be curt, and more than once we were midway through ordering at the bar when we were ignored in favour of French-speaking guests. We asked for change so the children could use the arcade. The change machine was switched off, and the bar wouldn't give us any. On Saturday, the bar shut at 9:30 pm, and we were told we couldn't stay in the seating area afterward. That seemed unnecessarily harsh for a family resort. There was a clear sense of stress among staff, possibly because of some other guests' behaviour, including theft and ignoring the rules. But instead of dealing with those problems directly, it felt like all guests were treated with suspicion. Goggles, toys, and flip-flops were stolen during our stay, which made us feel even less at ease. I even asked a staff member whether Catalan was preferred over French, to see if we'd somehow caused offence. They said French was the norm, which left me more confused about how poorly we were treated despite our efforts to fit in and respect local customs. This could have been a wonderful family holiday, and our children loved the facilities, but the hostile service and constant low-level tension made it hard to relax. A real shame, especially given the circumstances behind our booking.

The park has good facilities, though the pool and sports areas can get busy in July. It's a ten to fifteen minute walk to a nice beach and the port, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat. There's also a free novelty train that runs roughly once an hour. The on-site restaurant and snack bar are okay, but you can find better options within walking distance. Staff were friendly, and most spoke English, though a few words of French are useful. Our teenagers enjoyed their stay.

The water park is great, and the restaurant food was really good, though pricey, with very nice staff. The location works well if you're happy to drive. The trip up the Pyrenees is amazing, but definitely not for the faint-hearted. The slides only run from 10 to 12 and 2 to 6. The cabins have no privacy, so how much you enjoy the stay depends on your neighbours. The first few days were lovely, then the last few were awful because of noise around us until the early hours, which wasn't good with young kids. Bring plenty of bug spray, the mosquitoes are everywhere. If this had been our first Europark experience, I don't think we'd come back.
