The hallways and stairwells were in deplorable condition, and there wasn’t drinking water. Inside the rooms, we found stains, a used condom, and bed bugs. People felt unsafe and uncomfortable, and there was even a man in just his underwear in the hallway. Whether this is called a residence rather than a hotel doesn’t excuse dirty rooms or unsafe conditions. Flats shouldn’t be rented until the needed maintenance is done and they’re ready for guests. A change in building ownership doesn’t change that. If the business can’t be run safely, it shouldn’t be operating.

Some amenities were missing from my room, but I told reception and Mostafa from repairs had them fixed within an hour. Really exemplary work. The staff are consistently kind and accommodating. They clearly care about the people staying here and try to make everyone’s stay better. It’s a great place for a very affordable price.

The breakfast was awful, with undercooked food, and the door was hard to open. In the room, the bed was stained and unstable, and I even found a used condom. There were bed bugs too, so they need an exterminator and a thorough cleaning. It was noisy, with no peace and quiet. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It needs fixing ASAP. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here, and anyone giving it five stars needs help.

Extending my stay was easy, and I’d definitely come back and recommend this apartment to family and friends. The rooms were clean and really comfortable. Everyone on staff was welcoming and helpful, especially the manager. Ibrahim is such a great person. God bless him 🙏🏽
