The rooms have a lovely traditional feel, and the bed was huge and comfortable. It was quiet at night, too. For 8 euros extra, breakfast was lovely, and I'd definitely stay again. You're just over the bridge from the main part of Tours. It's an easy walk across, or you can take the tram from the station and walk a short distance from there.

A very nice stay. Just keep in mind that getting in and out of the parking area is difficult because the turn is very tight and it's on a main road.

We found two bedbugs, one in the bathtub and another on the bedspread. The decor was trying to look regal but felt incredibly dated. When we arrived, they had the date wrong and were expecting us three days later. The owner hurriedly brought towels and a fan because it was freezing. Neither the bathroom nor the room was properly looked after: the bathroom had no heat, and after the first night the room hadn't been cleaned and the bed hadn't been made. There was no breakfast because they were busy renovating their private quarters. A dog barked constantly. When we left yesterday at 10:00 AM, nobody was there. We called twice before the owner finally arrived. All this cost 110 euros a night, an exorbitant price. She refused when I asked for a discount. It's unacceptable and borders on fraud.
