Château de Belmesnil

Our dream wedding at Cheateau de Belmesnil went perfectly. The garden is beautifully kept, and the place looks like a painting. Madame Baran made us feel welcome from our first contact, and her relaxed, helpful approach was a big reason we chose the venue. She was open to thinking things through with us, and almost everything seemed possible. On the day, with all the nerves a bride can have, it was such a relief to be surrounded by kind staff. From housekeeping and mister Baran to everyone else there, we can only praise their kindness. C’était parfait, as we’d say.

The hosts made the stay especially memorable. When I had a problem with my medication, the host drove me to a local pharmacy and spoke with the chemist for me, since my French isn’t very good. We got it sorted, and I’m very grateful for the help. The Chateau Hotel de Belmesnil sits in rolling countryside, with huge grounds that looked amazing in autumn. Our room was a good size, with a very comfortable queen-size bed. Breakfast offered plenty to choose from, including pastries, bread, cold meats, cheese, yoghurts, preserves, and cereals.

The park is lovely and peaceful, and there are great places to visit nearby, so I’d suggest staying a couple of days. It’s a lovely place, with great accommodation and a beautiful parc. The staff and owners were super friendly.

The hotel is beautiful, with a great room and friendly staff. Parking was easy too.
