It's good value, with a decent standard and very helpful staff who were easy to contact. For anyone travelling to Beauvais, the Aerobus at St Denis Universite Station is within walking distance.

The Wi-Fi only worked on the first floor, which was another service letdown. I gave the service two stars overall. The rooms were better: ours was on the fourth floor, and I really liked the view. It had a comfortable queen bed and a sink inside, and most of all, it looked CLEAN, which I was very grateful for. For Paris at what seemed like a good price, though, there weren't many amenities. We chose this place because it was very close to the Saint Denis bus station for the airport, and we needed to be near it with our luggage on our last day in Paris. The sign says “HOTEL PALMIER,” but this definitely didn't feel like a hotel. It was more like an Airbnb: nobody welcomed us at reception, showed us to a room, answered questions, or dealt with problems during our stay. The woman who spoke to us through the webcam was very kind, but the experience as a whole wasn't pleasant. We arrived at 11:30 pm and couldn't get the door open. It was locked, and a security guard eventually let us in about 14 minutes later. That's not a long wait, but we didn't know what was going on and were scared, standing outside and knocking like crazy with vagrants selling things and other people around. My partner and I spent about ten of those minutes arguing because neither of us knew what to do, and we blamed each other and brought out the worst in each other. They also have nowhere to leave YOUR LUGGAGE. At a REAL HOTEL, where you pay to be there, your luggage should be SAFE!!! You usually only come back to rest in the middle of the afternoon, then return in the early hours after exploring the city you came to see. A good shower, a coffee... you don't spend that much time in the room. I'd suggest telling people clearly that it's not a hotel, or providing somewhere to store luggage and other belongings. That would make all the difference. Thank you for letting us in half an hour before check-in, but the luggage issue matters. Total rating: 3.5.

The room was really noisy, and we could hear everything from the halls and nearby, including through all the plasterboard. Housekeeping was good and the mattress was comfortable. But on the fourth floor the internet didn't work, and there was no TV. This isn't a hotel: check-in was done online by video camera, and at 1 am the door was locked, so we had to email them to get it opened.
