B&B HOTEL Saint-Denis Porte de Paris

I spent four nights there, and the way the perfume issue was handled left me with a lasting bad memory of my time in beautiful Paris. On my last day, my Chanel bottle was dirty, and I was shocked to find nearly eighty percent of the perfume I'd just bought was gone. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and distrustful. I reported it at reception and was told someone would call me. I sent several follow-up emails, but never got a reply. There had already been a cleaning problem on the second day: a sealed bottle of juice had spilled across the floor and desk, and the mess hadn't been cleaned properly. These points matter for anyone thinking of staying here.

The building was clean and quiet, with two clean elevators, and the location felt away from dangerous places at night. The staff were super polite and the price was affordable. I don't know if I was lucky or if the hotel is always this good, but my experience was much better than at many five star hotels I've stayed in. Truly amazing. I'd give it at least five stars.

I've been really satisfied with your B&B hotels. I stayed at this one in Viry - Chatilon in the summer too. The rooms here are perfectly clean, and I've never had a problem with them. The service there wasn't quite as friendly.

The rooms were unbearably hot, and the AC didn't seem to help. When I complained, I was told the whole hotel was like that and to open the windows. Those same windows warned us about mosquitoes, and we did end up getting bitten. We also had a security incident that made us feel incredibly unsafe during our stay, which was a real shame.
