We couldn't find out which room we'd been assigned, even after trying several times and through different channels. We thought we'd booked one particular room but were given another, and our attempt to check this weeks ahead of time got no reply. We also never received the entrance code before arriving, which would have been a real problem if we couldn't make a call. The room itself was cramped and noisy, with a steady buzz from the wall ventilation and every sound from the hallway coming through. I wouldn't recommend it.

It was my first night here, and I'm already disgusted. There were questionable white marks on the linen, the bottom of the toilet seat was stained with urine or feces, and I found black seeds and pubic hairs in the bed. When I took off the pillowcase, there were eyebrows and other body hairs that couldn't possibly have been mine. I slept in long pants and a pullover instead of using the sheets because I was worried I might catch something. See the pictures. The TV didn't work because the WiFi wasn't connected, and the general WiFi doesn't work on the TV anyway. The coffee machine was still wet, with water inside that smelled awful. I want a refund. Other guests tried to help me reach the owner, but he didn't answer their calls either. Maybe the place is okay-ish based on some reviews, but my own experience turned my stomach. The owner needs to talk to housekeeping.

There was no air conditioning in the shared living room and kitchen. The entrance also didn't feel secure: the difference in height from the road isn't a barrier that marks it off. Inside, there was no privacy since you could hear everything in the hallway and the room wasn't soundproofed. The owner came across as shady and implied my wife was a night worker. He even admitted the hotel had a shady reputation. With his glasses and little smirk, he didn't inspire confidence. I wouldn't recommend it to couples who need to find their way.

Cockroaches were all over the apartment, behind the door when we came in, in the bed and sink, and under the furniture. The owner didn't reply when we complained politely, so we had to get aggressive with customer service before anyone responded. They said they'd come fumigate the room. For such a small, expensive apartment, being charged extra for pesticide left a bad taste.
