The couscous is the house specialty, and it was very good, with a generous serving and your choice of meat for just 8 Euros. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and the hotel has a family feel. Our room was comfortable, with clean bedding, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom. It's right in the city center and has a beautiful view. We got a very good deal and had a great night's sleep. I'd definitely recommend it if you want to be comfortable.

I was very disappointed. I called the hotel in St-Dié and booked a room for an arrival around 10 pm, but there was nobody at reception when I got there. When I called again, I was told, “Oh, you're in St-Dié, it's fully booked. I have call forwarding and thought you were calling about my other hotel in Grenoble.” I ended up going to the Ibis hotel instead. They welcomed me warmly, and I think it was much better and much quieter.
