We stayed in the Village House and loved our suite. The property is beautiful and well located, and the genuine, professional service made it a real five-star stay. Florianne and Marine helped us arrange dinner and winery reservations before we arrived, making everything easy. Thomas at the bar was warm, engaging and a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Jeffery, our bellman and driver, was friendly and very helpful throughout our three nights. This is a special place, and I highly recommend it.

An absolutely perfect stay. The rooms were warm, relaxing and comfortable, and the location is beautiful. The staff were professional, always ready to help, and knew their stuff. The service was impeccable. You get what you pay for here, and it deserves five stars and more.

We spent three nights here and had lunch at Table de Pavie, which is well worth trying. From our first reservation contact onward, everyone was friendly and the service was impeccable. Kate looked after us at breakfast each morning with charm and a great sense of humor. We booked a tour of Chateau Pavie and the hotel drove us there in its Bentley. Didier gave us a fascinating private tour of the chateau and its production methods. Book it. We also recommend the Touk Tuk tour from Les Cordeliers, which reception can arrange. Merci beaucoup to all the lovely staff at Hotel de Pavie!

Our room had plenty of space, was comfortable and well equipped, and came with a lovely view. Hotel de Pavie has a charming, relaxing feel, and we’d be glad to stay there again when we return. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. The receptionist was especially welcoming and professional, and the woman serving breakfast was so kind and attentive that our mornings were a pleasure. We had a delightful stay and highly recommend it.

Right in the middle of St. Emilion, Hotel de Pavie still feels private. It’s a beautiful hotel with great service. Be sure to visit the terrasse and restaurant while you’re there.
