Such a peaceful spot in the middle of the countryside, with a warm welcome and helpful explanations of what to do nearby. The shared kitchen and charming, typical room were just right. Very reasonable price, with breakfast included.

Pantxo, thanks for a great stay and for all your helpful recommendations. The house is beautiful, breakfast is delicious, and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommended!

My parents rented a room for four people and repeatedly made clear that one extra person and a dog would be coming, asking if that was okay. The owner said there was no problem and that there’d be an extra charge, which we accepted. Then on Saturday morning, in front of us and another guest, he acted as if this had never been discussed and said, “I didn't sleep a wink last night, I won't be lied to.” We paid for the full stay even though we left a day early and missed five lunches. The trip was ruined.

The host, "Panxo," is kind, charming, and hospitable. The house is amazing, and the setting is perfect for being surrounded by nature. A perfect spot for a perfect vacation. 👍

Pantxo clearly loves the Basque Country. You can feel it in his stories, values, and the respect he shows for his ancestors. The building honors tradition, and the host is extraordinary. Breakfast was generous, with everything you could want, including good regional products. This place feels like paradise, and we’ll be back as soon as we can.
