We were made to leave a day before our booking ended because of a double booking. The staff's attitude was awful throughout, and when we had a problem they brushed us off instead of helping. I've never felt so disrespected by hotel staff. The beds were unhygienic, the pillows useless, and the sleeping experience was atrocious. We were expected to mop but weren't given a mop, so had to buy one ourselves. One chair was broken and another missing when we arrived. The fridge only sort of worked and the freezer didn't work at all. The vacuum just made noise without cleaning, and there was no extractor fan, which made cooking a pain.

It's cheap and near the ski lift, but that's about all it has going for it. The rooms are tiny, mostly clean, and the furniture is badly worn. Our apartment was missing things from the inventory, and nobody ever brought replacements. The beds are very hard, and a blanket makes a better pillow than the actual pillows. The desk staff are the only people who speak decent English. The desk closes midweek, so get there early if you need help.

On our last night, a room on our floor caught fire and the entire floor filled with smoke. You could hardly find the exits, and no fire alarm went off. We told the staff, but they brushed it aside and didn't even acknowledge what had happened. Nobody came to help. The place was in extremely poor condition. Floors, bathrooms, kitchens, and mattresses were dirty. Almost everything that could be broken was: holes in walls and cabinets, broken bed frames and chairs, a bad shower, toilet seat, dishwasher, TV, curtain, and lights. The dishwasher and coffeemaker in our room were both broken. They charge a large deposit and then seem to choose whatever amount they want to keep. We documented the damage with notes, video, and photos, but at checkout they blamed us for things that were already broken and ignored our evidence. For example, they said there had been six chairs when there were only four, then blamed us for losing two. They knew what was broken beforehand and still charge you for it. Many others seem to have had similar experiences. We stayed three nights. Avoid this unfair, dangerous place. It should be closed down.

There was a lot of garbage in the room, one chair was broken, and they never replaced it, so one of us had nowhere to sit. We were five people but had only three pillows, and the beds and couch were disgusting and uncomfortable. The fridge was okay, but the freezer didn't work at all. On arrival, the staff had already greeted us very disrespectfully, and the room was in an abominable state.
