We spent 10 nights in an apartment booked through Expedia. It was okay, and the complex was mostly quiet, though people drove much too fast along the paths. In general the place was quite run down, apart from the pool and beach, which were decent. There wasn't much to do nearby. St Francois is nice around the marina, but that's about it. The road to local facilities was poorly lit, had no pavement, and carried fast traffic, so we drove everywhere. The day before we left, the roof over the covered area near the pool blew off and left a real mess. It was an okay stay, but I wouldn't return.

The hotel isn't operating, so hotel rooms can't be booked, and there's no concierge service or restaurant. Some shops and the pools are still open for people in the former hotel apartments, which are now privately owned.

The setting by the sea is generally good, and there's a pool. But we had no water for 24 hours, which apparently is normal, and the whole building is falling apart, with concrete coming down from above. It's sad to see.

The place was nice years ago, but now it's neglected and run down. The apartments vary because different people own them: some are renovated and nice, while others aren't worth the price. The shopping area is nearly abandoned, and the so-called private beach isn't maintained. The pool is fine.

The staff were very friendly, the room was nice with a good view, and we enjoyed the pool. But when we got back from dinner, there was no water in our room. We couldn't wash our hands or use the toilet until we checked out the next morning. We had stayed just one night.
