We only planned to stop for one night on our motorcycle, but wished we could stay longer. The room was perfect, and the ornate dining rooms were amazing, with beautiful painted ceilings, walls, and details. We were welcomed so warmly by the owner and staff. There was free secure parking on site, and we had drinks in the lovely shaded courtyard before choosing a very nice dinner from the good-value menu de jour. Service was great. Breakfast the next morning was excellent and good value too. We left later than planned, with a heartfelt goodbye from our hosts.

The owners were gentle, the food was good, and the room was nice with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny, though.
