Those homemade jams and biscuits at breakfast were lovely. Sophie was so welcoming and helpful, a perfect host. It's a beautiful place, and a handy base for trips into Tours.

Sophie made our stay wonderful. She bakes such good breakfast treats and makes her own jam and yogurt. She has a lovely, gracious way of looking after you.

We only had one night in the smaller Ronsard room at La Grange Dîmière, and wished we could have stayed longer. Sophie welcomed us with a delicious breakfast of homemade pastries, and even suggested a great restaurant and booked it for us. The grounds are lovely, with a large pool that's delightful in season. The building feels quiet and private, and there's secure parking. Our room was spacious with a fine bath. It's also an excellent base for seeing chateaux, wineries, and other places in the mid Loire Valley.
