The room needed a better clean: there was mould in the bathroom, the towels were stained even though they had been washed, and the carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The beach is very close, so catching a sunset takes almost no effort. Check-in was quick and pleasant, and the staff were polite and helpful, with useful advice.

We had a cosy, clean, comfortable room with a balcony for our three-night stay. Wi-Fi was great, and parking was easy and very reasonably priced. The beach, shops and places to eat are just a few minutes away on foot. Breakfast was generous and fresh, and the coffee was great. I'll definitely come back.

Our room was small, but it had an ensuite and a little balcony. There was a roller shutter for privacy and shade, and a secure place to store our electric tandem. The welcome was warm, although not much English was spoken. It's close to Le Grande Plage on the edge of Royan. Breakfast costs 9 euro and was worth it: fruit, yoghurt, pastries, pancakes, baguette, cheese, ham, butter, jams, pureed fruit, kiwis, coffee, tea, juice and cereals. I'd recommend it to fellow cyclists.

A quiet spot, friendly people, and everything was clean. My little dog loved it too. We had a pleasant balcony overlooking the street, just 100m from the promenade.

The staff were very good and helpful, and the place is only a few meters from the beach. Everything was clean and tidy. I'd recommend this 2 stars logis.
