We were so happy to spend the night in this beautiful chateau, and meeting the welcoming, friendly owners made it even better. The view and atmosphere are astonishing, and the house is full of history, with interiors that reminded us of the castle just opposite. It was one of our best nights in France. Even if you can't stay overnight, stopping by the cafe (creperie) is a must. We loved it.

Christophe was friendly and helpful with recommendations, and the setting feels like something from a pleasant fairy tale. The accommodation is superb for an overnight stay, right beside the chateau. Finding the house can be tricky since its signs aren't easy to see. It's just up a gravel driveway next to the chateau, but hidden from the street.

Paradise is in every little detail at Pascale and Christophe's. Magical, intimate, bucolic, authentic, artistic, poetic, romantic, unforgettable, and unique. You can't say you weren't warned.

Breakfast on the terrace, looking out over the castle, was a really special moment. At the Manoir de Livet, we also had a comfortable room, excellent bedding, and a magical stay. The hosts were so welcoming, pleasant, and attentive, and we're grateful they made it possible for us to stay at the manor. We've visited before and will be back again. This place is a must-see, and you'll fall in love with it.
