4/10
The room's beds were comfortable, but the worn interior made it feel like a two-star stay. New Year 2025 started badly because the hotel director was unfriendly. She had a party in the lobby, turned up the heat, and was rude, making guests uncomfortable. The staff remained very polite despite her presence. Between the noise and the headaches caused by the director, I wouldn't say it was worth it.

The showers were moldy, and the place wasn't worth staying in. The carpet was smelly and dirty, and the walls were dirty too. There was a brown liquid stain, which I hope was coffee, that hadn't been cleaned.

Stay away from this place. The rooms are dirty, and I'll post some pictures. Don't bother with breakfast, it's a waste of money. This feels like a zero-star hotel.

The people were friendly, which I appreciated, but the place is old and tired and badly needs repairs. Ants kept coming up through a split in the counter in my room. After this, I'm not sure I'd stay at a Campanile again.

Breakfast was awful, with empty plates and no forks, and the staff were very rude. Never again. I don't recommend it!
