The hotel is centrally located, near lots of restaurants, and on a clear day there’s a beautiful view. Breakfast is generous, and in the evening the hotel turns into an intimate bar, with a friendly dog. The room could use a bit more light, though maybe the dimness adds to its alpine charm. There’s no elevator, which could be an issue for older guests. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We were grateful Hôtel Val d'Este was there for us in March 2025. Another hotel had closed despite accepting our booking, and this place saved our late-season ski weekend. The staff were friendly and attentive, our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.

The service was excellent, breakfast was great, and everything was clean. Lovely hotel right in the centre of town, perfectly located.

Our host was incredibly accommodating, and his friendly three-legged dog, Melo, made the stay even nicer. The balcony in our room was a great bonus, and the place felt safe for leaving our touring bikes. It’s right in the middle of a charming town with a fantastic vibe.
