We've stayed at the Atlantys Zenith three times and had found it professional and convenient. But on our most recent visit, a female receptionist was plainly prejudiced, judgmental and rude. Front desk staff represent an organisation, and that lack of professionalism can damage its reputation. Whatever a customer's ethnicity or culture, they deserve respectful treatment. Because of this, we won't stay at Atlantys Zenith again.

Staff were nice, parking was easy, and there's a delicious Italian restaurant nearby. The room was simple but pleasant, with a big TV and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a mixed bag: four juices to choose from, which was nice, but the only hot option was boiled eggs, and they were gone with no fresh ones cooked. There weren't any vegan alternatives like yogurt or milk. All in all, a nice hotel.
10/10
The rooms were spotless and well equipped, and the hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was good too. We did end up paying the city tax twice because the receptionist hadn't entered it into the computer when we checked in.
8/10
Everything was perfect apart from one thing: nobody took the initiative to look for the gloves I left in the room. It's a great place, just make sure you have all your things packed when you check out.
10/10
The room was quiet, the air conditioning worked well, and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. Great hotel, and the staff were really helpful when I left my watch behind.
