The pool is huge, clean and very well maintained, and the facilities are fantastic for children. The bar, snack bar and entertainment staff were attentive and very helpful. Our chalet, though, was completely outdated, and the shower had mold. It shouldn't be rented again without being renovated. Reception was a different story: the young women there weren't very friendly, which made for a less welcoming holiday. If you're after lots of entertainment, this campsite may disappoint. There weren't many people on the pitches or at the activities. For a quiet, relaxing break, though, it works well.

We were glad we booked despite the older reviews. When we called to ask about them, we were told that management and all the staff had changed. The pool and play area were clean, and the bar space was nice. Yohann at the bar and Nico in the kitchen deserve a special mention. The meals were delicious, and the bar staff were fantastic. There was entertainment every evening. The entertainers were very young and keen to please, but seemed a bit tired at the end of the season, and some advertised activities, like pre dinner games, didn't happen. They handled the evening shows really well, though. The two young women at reception were friendly and made sure we had what we needed. When we reported a couple of small things left by previous guests, maintenance came and sorted them out within 10 minutes. Our mobile home was clean. The shower temperature swung from scalding to freezing about every 10 seconds. The toilet got a little clogged for the last two days, but I'm sure it could have been fixed if we'd reported it. We didn't want to be a nuisance. There were three adults, a 13 year old and a 2 year old in our group. We'll remember the warm welcome, lovely evenings, delicious food and all the smiling faces. Thanks for the stay. We hope to return.

We left after one week of a two week booking. It took three hours to get the mobile home keys, and the pool that was supposedly cleaned looked filthy. My two and a half year old son got an eye infection, and the paddling pool was greenish brown, as was the main pool. This was a shameful, disgusting, catastrophic stay. Don't answer with a prepared message, take action. You're ruining people's holidays. According to the municipal police, the campsite should have been closed after a hygiene inspection in July, and it's on the gendarmerie's blacklist. Advertising it as four star is shameful when it isn't even worth one. There was no manager on site and the entertainment team was left to fend for themselves. The beach was advertised as three minutes away, but the nearest one took more than ten minutes to reach. They also advertised a gym, but there wasn't one. No, my family did not have a good holiday. I'm absolutely not thanking you.
