Best Western Plus Hotel Isidore

The park view from our corner room was lovely, and breakfast had plenty of varied, good-quality choices. We also found the paid parking secure, with spaces available, and the hotel bar was a nice place to unwind. Restaurants and a metro station are close by, too. Léna welcomed us warmly at check-in and was kind and attentive throughout our visit. She shared useful sightseeing information and let us know about demonstrations in the city center. She suggested visiting Saint-Malo, about 55 minutes away by car, and we were glad we took her advice. Julien took care of checkout professionally and courteously. We had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Plus in Reims and would happily come back. It’s convenient for the main peripheral roads and highways, and well placed for exploring Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, or the Breton countryside.

The Staycation extras were such a nice surprise: champagne, a macaron, and face masks. We had a great weekend and thought it was good value. The staff were super friendly, and our room was spacious and very clean in a quiet area, within walking distance of the subway if needed. We made plenty of use of the hot tub and sauna, and the opening hours worked well. Breakfast had lots to choose from, though the room felt a little chilly. Free underground parking was another plus. We’d do this again.

Julienne took care of everything we needed during check-in. The rooms and bars are exceptional.

The front desk was very efficient, and the room itself was great. One thing to watch, though: the TV stand sticks out, and I stubbed my toes on its base. The decorators should consider guest safety along with the chic look. The hotel is in the business district. My scores: location 7/10, check-in 9/10, front desk staff 10/10, room 7/10, value 8/10. I’d recommend it, but watch your toes. Might return.
