The room was clean and pleasant, and the heater worked well. I slept really well during my stay in saint-jean-de-luz. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with unlimited coffee, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating to English speakers like me. From the minute you walk in, the place feels warm, cozy, and lived in. I’d highly recommend it. Just know the room wifi is slow, though it’s fast in the lobby.

The hotel was very good and well located, with tasty breakfasts and daily room cleaning. Coffee and tea were free, and there’s free parking 350 meters away. You’ll need some luck to find an open spot.

Helpful staff and a good breakfast, though you have to pay extra for it. There’s a paid parking lot behind the hotel, but the cost can add up. The hotel itself keeps its old world charm while offering modern features, and it’s in a great spot in beautiful St. Jean de luz.

The buffet breakfast each morning was something we loved. The front office team and management also went out of their way to accommodate us as English-only speakers and make the stay pleasant. We felt very welcome.
