A lovely family-owned hotel for the last 90 years, with delightful owners and staff. The beach, grocery, restaurants and patisseries are only minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a particularly lovely stay. The welcome was friendly, and someone carried our bags up to a fabulous room with French windows that opened onto a small balcony. From there, we could make out the sea through the left branches across the road. The bed was comfy, the towels lovely and the bedside lights cute. Breakfast the next morning was good, with yogurt, fruit, juices, cereals and pastries, served in a glass conservatory-style room. It’s only a short walk into St Jean de Luz. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Breakfast came with the room: fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and coffee. Our simple, cozy room was tidy and had a fantastic view over the water. The hotel sits on a peaceful residential street, yet the beach is only about five minutes away. The train station is a bit of a hike, so with heavy bags or in hot weather, a taxi would be a good idea.

There are a few stairs on the short walk down to the beach. This family hotel has a lot of charm and feels very authentic, and the staff were friendly.
