The staff were fantastic, really helpful and accommodating. They kept our bags after checkout and even served us a late breakfast. Nothing was any trouble. It’s an amazing location, just 30 seconds from the beach. Superb hotel, strongly recommend, and I’d book here again without hesitation.

Ask for a room at the back: it has a generous balcony, perfect for enjoying the breakfast they serve in your room. The rooms are fantastic, and the high-tech TV can cast from your mobile, iPad, or iPhone. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a central spot, right in the restaurant area and next to the beach.

The terrace was a real treat for enjoying breakfast, and the hotel was perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful town. We were pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded. The staff were lovely, friendly, and very welcoming.

The hotel is tucked right into the heart of the city, with the beach just a short walk away. It’s also easy to walk to from the train station, and there’s free public parking. We loved the local character and charm, plus the view from our room. Even on a popular street, the double-glazed windows kept things quiet. We’d love to come back soon.

Claudette was so helpful, even arranging a taxi and helping us with the car return at Biarritz airport. We also loved the big terrace in our room and its Basque textiles, and the bed was comfortable. Snacks and water were refreshed each day during our three-night stay. The hotel is right by the beach and on “restaurant row,” yet it was quiet at night. Claudette runs the place with real energy. We hope to return.
