The hotel was very nice and I liked it, with excellent cleanliness. I wouldn't recommend breakfast, though. There's very little variety, and the only eggs they have are boiled. They don't make omelets, just so you know.

The rooms are comfortable, there's plenty of parking, and the elevator means you can save your legs for the next day's climb. It's a great place for cyclists, with secure bike storage and a hearty breakfast. We, twowheeltours, have stayed at Hotel Saint Georges several times while hosting cycling tours in the French Alps. Martine and her staff are always welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend.

10/10
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the French-style breakfast buffet was good quality. The hotel is right in the center of St. Jean de Maurienne, though the area around it is pretty quiet. My room wasn't very big, but it was clean and comfortable. If two people are staying several nights, finding space for luggage could be an issue.

A simple breakfast with everything you need before a big day of riding, plus a good room for storing bikes. The service was really nice too. I'd stay here again if I came back to cycle in the area.
