Not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to friends.

Cool.

The welcome from the staff is genuinely warm, and the location is still lovely, right by the beach. The only thing that could be more comfortable is the bedding.
10/10
For anyone who enjoys cycling, there are lots of trails through the woods. The beach is also very close, which is fantastic, and the apartments sit conveniently between Saint Jean de Monts and Notre Dame de Monts. The pool at the residence is a nice extra if you’d rather not head to the beach.
8/10
It’s close to both the forest and the sea, and there’s a nice pool. Dogs are allowed, and our unit had a pleasant enclosed balcony where we could keep ours, though not every accommodation has one like that. A few things needed attention: the washing machine mentioned in the listing wasn’t there, the shower head wouldn’t stay put, and the balcony railings are wide enough that a child could fall through. Plexiglas would help. A ramp into and out of the pool would be useful too, along with a few extra loungers.
