The room was really a comfortable apartment, with a big bed and lovely smelling sheets. Dinner was hearty, and so was breakfast, with homemade jams. We also got a warm welcome from the hosts, Sébastien and Anna. The place is on the Stevenson trail, about 2 km upstream from St Jean du Gard.

The hosts were so attentive, and even adapted the delicious meal to suit our needs. The GR70 goes right past this lovely gîte, making it ideal for hikers. Thanks again for having us, Anna and Sébastien. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back!

A lovely view, a generous breakfast, and a clean, pleasant cottage made for a very good stay. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and it’s an ideal spot for hiking.

After a 10 km walk, it was such a relief to return to this comfortable, very clean gîte with its magnificent view. It’s also a great base for lots of hikes. Anna and Sebastien were wonderful hosts, so friendly and welcoming, and gave us helpful advice and great ideas for places to visit. Breakfast each morning was fresh, with amazing homemade jams, especially the rose one, plus hibiscus tea and lemonade for hot days. Thanks again to them!

We had such a peaceful, relaxing weekend near Pic d'Arbousse. The cottage has a splendid view and a calm, serene feel, and everything was perfect. A big thank you to our hosts for their thoughtful touches and excellent welcome. The chestnut jam was delicious too. 🤗 Can't wait to go back...
