The quiet, somewhat remote countryside is part of the deal, so this place won't suit everyone. For me, it made for a really pleasant week. The bedding, bathroom, and rest of the house were spotless, and everything felt high quality. We got a simple, friendly welcome, and there were no unpleasant surprises when we arrived. I’d happily recommend it.
We had a successful family reunion weekend here. The bedrooms are roomy, and the wardrobes had so much space we could unpack easily, and nearly leave things behind ;) The cottage is well cared for and superbly equipped. Alain welcomed us so warmly. I’d recommend it, it really earns its stars.
I could almost kick myself for not booking another week. The house had everything we needed, and the stay was wonderfully peaceful. Alain and Sophie greeted us with smiles, and their kindness and hospitality deserve a big thank you.
The region is beautiful, and Sophie and Alain gave us lots of useful tips for seeing the area. Their house has everything you need and sits somewhere so peaceful it felt like a real change of scenery. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
We had such a lovely, restful break in a spacious house, and Sophie and Alain were so friendly and welcoming. The nearby villages are worth a look too. People there actually say hello, which was a nice change for us 😊 We’ll definitely return 👍
