The best part of our week at Jean's gîte, La Fournière, was the welcome from Maylis and Hali. They were kind and helpful, always available while still giving us space, and had great suggestions for things to see and do nearby. They really looked after their guests. The gîte itself is ideal for two, beautifully renovated and equipped with all the comforts you need, plus a lovely little terrace. We had no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and for the delicious salt-crusted roast beef. I highly recommend it.

The owners are very welcoming, and we'd love to come back. This charming little cottage is peaceful and set up for two, with tasteful, carefully chosen furnishings and every comfort, including brand new appliances. Their chickens and cats would drop by each day, and there was a pleasant comings and goings of campers in the distance.

We only stayed one night at Gîte de Maylis, but it was a really pleasant stop. The renovated place is charming, quiet, well equipped and nicely done. Waking up to birdsong and the sounds of nature was a lovely bonus. Highly recommended.
