You'll need a car, since getting around without one isn't easy. The only things we missed were WiFi and mini fridges. There are just five rooms, so it never feels crowded, and the outdoor grounds are huge, with a small pool. The couple who run the place are lovely and really look after their guests. It's a great place, and I can definitely recommend it.

The hosts were friendly and made us feel at home, and the B&B is well placed for visiting Aigues Mortes, the Ornithological park, and other sights. But the price feels very high for what's offered and is hard to justify. The rooms are old and not cleaned very well, and the nearby main road can be noisy sometimes. No one speaks English very well, though in my experience that's common in this region and in France generally. There's no WiFi at all, so it's a poor choice if you need to work or stay connected.

The hosts were so attentive, courteous, and kind that it felt like staying with friends or family. Breakfasts were delicious, and our clean room had distinctive decor and a comfortable bed. The hotel and garden are beautifully landscaped, and the setting is lovely and peaceful, with Aigues-Mortes only a short drive away. It's also an excellent base for exploring the region's many attractions. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again if we return.
