We spent two nights using a box, and Janine welcomed us and looked after us just as warmly. The lovely room was simple but very nicely decorated, with a large bathroom and, especially, air conditioning. Janine is an artist and painter, and her homemade jams at breakfast were a real treat. A beautiful place close to everything.

Janine is a charming, delightful host, and her magnificent house is matched by her paintings. There was also a fun surprise for fans of the series, since "Here It All Begins" is set at the Château de Saint Laurent d'Aigouze.

Jeanine was cold and unwelcoming, and gave us no information about the region. The breakfast was poor, and the tea had no taste. Our bed was uncomfortable, and the room wouldn’t lock. The room itself felt standard and uninviting, measuring 3m x 3.20m, with a far too small bathroom at 1.20m x 1.80m. The house lacked character, with barred windows on the facade. This bed and breakfast doesn’t suit the Wonderbox "Castles and Beautiful Homes" package and needs improvement.

We had a fantastic few days in the Camargue, with a lovely setting and a wonderful welcome from Janine. Breakfast was lively, with her sharing stories about her travels. I highly recommend a stay here. 👍
