We had a lovely breakfast with French bakery items, tarts, charcuterie, cheese, fresh local fruit, and plenty more. The attached restaurant was fantastic, and the owner was very friendly. There are two pools, one heated, and the hotel sits in pleasant surroundings. It's a great option for a short stay, with comfortable, clean rooms and air conditioning.

A few little drawbacks: the pool chairs can't be moved, and the owner only speaks French. He likes chatting with guests, so don't take it personally if he won't speak English. Still, this is a hidden gem near Montpelier, with a nice pool, private parking, air conditioning, WiFi, and a good breakfast.

Our room had a four-poster bed, and there were TWO pools. I just wish we'd stayed longer than one night.
