We were delayed for a long time waiting on a flight, with no idea when we'd leave, and the staff did a lot to put us at ease. When our son got sick, they helped us tremendously. We had arrived at the last minute, and they welcomed us warmly, quickly found us a great room, and brought in a bed for our infant son. The grounds are beautiful, and the bar and restaurant look out over the gorgeous blue pool. The bartenders are friendly and make great local drinks. Wonderful resort and amazing service. I can't say enough good things about this hotel, highly recommend.

The room was cozy and clean, and the facilities were neat and tidy. We enjoyed the romantic feel and the lovely view of the beach. The staff were friendly, and even though English was difficult for them, they made an effort to work out what we meant.

I came back in December for my second stay, having last visited in 2016. It's a consistently good, well-rounded hotel, from the accommodation to the service and food. If I had to pick a downside, the breakfast selection wasn't great.
