The room was lovely, modern, very clean, and quiet, with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was help-yourself style and had just what we needed. The location is rather plain, though it's handy for Basel and the airport. We had a perfect spot for a romantic reunion.

The place is close to the city center, with parking on the road outside, but the setup felt odd and the hospitality rather amateurish. We arrived and waited an hour for the proprietor, so call him an hour before you get there. The garden view was more like a yard. I was also uneasy about safety, with no fire alarm or extinguishers.

A quiet street, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast brought to the room. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, and Switzerland's border is only 500 meters away. Very nice hotel.

The rooms were really nice, and the owner was the kindest. He welcomed us warmly and made sure we had whatever we wanted. So hospitable and sweet!
