The hotel was cute and had everything we wanted, but the staff were the best part. They’re kind, attentive, and truly seem happy to do whatever they can to make your day better. We’ll definitely come back.

The delicious breakfast, quiet surroundings, and comfortable bed made for a lovely stay. My room felt cosy and like home, with bookshelves, a Nespresso machine, a separate toilet and bathroom, and tidy, thoughtful decor. The hotel itself is beautiful, set in nicely renovated old buildings, and the reception and service were very friendly.

The restaurant was an unexpected highlight, with wonderful food, service, staff, and a great wine selection. It’s so good I’d say it deserves a Michelin star. The hotel itself is beautiful, with thoughtfully designed rooms, and the staff were unbelievably friendly. There’s a free airport shuttle, and Basel’s border and tram are about a 15-minute walk away. Just book it!

Even arriving earlier than planned, we were welcomed with warm, freshly baked Madeleines. The whole team was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic. The private spa was another plus. The location is also great for Basel, with quaint shops and bakeries just steps away, including Maison Jacques. The restaurant was out of this world. Chapeau bas to the team, what an experience.

I really enjoyed the spa. It was a lovely treat and very reasonably priced. The hotel itself is quaint and set in a historic building.
