Breakfast was the standout for me, with lots of homemade traditional Breton pastries and other treats. The staff warmly explained everything in English, and kept checking whether we wanted more freshly brewed coffee. It was such a pleasant stay. The hotel is in the old town, with anywhere easy to reach on foot. The building is old but beautiful and classy. My room was small, though very new and comfortable, and I liked the Nuxe shower gel. From the little balcony I could see the street, lovely rooftops, and classic buildings. It had an old-time feel, yet was very quiet at night and in the morning.

Breakfast was delicious, with fresh products and some lovely homemade local treats. Our room was small but very clean, and the modern bathroom had a wonderful shower. The elevator is small, but worked perfectly well. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the lobby is chic and nicely decorated. Hotel Bristol Union is perfectly placed near one of the entrance arches of Intra-muros. We parked at P7, less than 200 meters from the door, which was very convenient. A fantastic base for exploring Saint-Malo.

The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with plenty of helpful tips and recommendations for the area. I was there for two nights with my wife's parents, who speak neither French nor English, and the owners couldn't have been kinder or more hospitable. The continental breakfast was great, with lots of homemade Breton dishes. The location in St. Malo is excellent, and there's convenient parking just outside the walls.

The breakfast each morning was one of the best parts of staying at Hotel Bristol Union. Fresh pastries, coffee, and local specialties were all delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thanks to the wonderful team for making the stay unforgettable. I'd highly recommend this place for its hospitality.

I only got to stay one night and wish it had been longer. The staff are so warm and friendly, and the rooms are beautifully decorated and really comfortable. A fabulous hotel, and I'd recommend it without hesitation.
