Hôtel Le Britannic

Booked directly at Le Britannic. The room was spacious for two, and the busy traffic didn't bother us. The shower was so small, though, that it kept this from earning more stars. It's a digital hotel with no reception, but they still called to check everything was okay. Esther helped us, and she was attentive, professional, and clearly looked out for guests.

Booking through this hotel was a worrying experience. I received phishing emails through Booking Chat, and my card details were stolen, so I had to get a new card. It was both dangerous and a hassle. I contacted Booking and the reception, but the phishing emails kept coming. Please be careful if you book here.

We had a great family room with two doubles, two singles, and two shower rooms. The beds were really comfortable, and everything was basic but clean and tidy. I was concerned that the windows had no locks, especially on the second floor, since they open all the way without a restriction.

Getting into the hotel meant using a code for the gate and the room, since there was no reception desk. Inside, the rooms were filthy, and the carpets smelled bad and hadn't been cleaned properly. There were spiders everywhere too. It was noisy at night, with no soundproofing. A horrible experience.
