Kyriad Prestige Saint-Malo

I’ve been waiting since July 2025 for booking.com and this hotel to refund 161 .64 pounds after their booking error. Absolutely disgusting. They took the money without confirming a booking, so I never got a booking confirmation. Now they keep asking for the booking reference. Just give my money back!

The rooms were a little small, but only just. The pool, sauna and steam room were absolutely immaculate, and the staff were friendly, especially at reception, where they spoke two languages. Breakfast was good with a huge selection. With transport, it’s only a 10min drive into St malo Town centre, which suited me perfectly. The best local beaches are 10-20min out of town by car. As a low earner, I’m looking for as much as I can get for the best price, and this hotel really feels like bang for ya buck. 9 outta 10 for me.

The staff made our holiday so great. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful, especially Aela, Oceian, Laetitia and Cidra, who were knowledgeable and helped with our questions and advice. Apologies for the spelling. The hotel is easy to reach from the road, with convenient access in and out of St Malo. Facilities include a large pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and showers, plus a small fitness area, luggage storage and complementary hot drinks. The dining area was very clean, and the small bar serves snacks, with 3 draught beers and a good selection of spirits. Breakfast has a great choice of continental and hot food. Our room was modern and well appointed, with a very clean, comfortable bed and good quality linen. There are two lifts for easy access to both floors, and the hotel has plenty of parking, including disabled options, with easy access inside. Whether you’re staying one night or longer, I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you!

The pool was the highlight for me: it's large, indoors, and kept at a lovely 29 degrees, so it’s great for an easy swim. There's a sauna and steam room too, both functional. The rooms are a little small but well equipped, and the reception staff were so kind. Free parking with plenty of spaces was a bonus.
