La Maison des 3 Plages

The food at the table d'hôtes was delicious, and Daniel and his wife Valerie made us feel very welcome. We’d planned to explore the south of Brittany too, but enjoyed St. Malo and Daniel and Valerie's place so much that we came back for a few more days on our way home. The garden is lovely, the sea is just around the corner, and the whole property, including our pretty room, was very clean. They even provide bathrobes, which came in handy when the Brittany rain caught us. Breakfast was fantastic: fresh orange juice every morning, homemade bread and cake, and jam made with fruit from their garden. Daniel was extremely kind and helpful. He speaks German and gets so pleased when he learns a new word that he writes it straight into his vocabulary notebook. Thanks for such a wonderful holiday, Daniel and Valerie.

Maison des 3 Plages in Saint-Malo is a really nice place to sleep comfortably, and its location is very convenient. Add the breakfast option and you get homemade bread, fresh juice, delicious coffee, and a pleasant chat with the owner. Highly recommended.

The house is magnificent and wonderfully peaceful, and the welcome was excellent. Everything was impeccably clean. The hosts clearly love their region and had lots of useful tips to share. Definitely worth a visit.
