We spent dinner on the veranda, looking out over the garden, and it was delicious: local ingredients with an Asian influence. Breakfast was just as lovely, with local products and delicious marmalades. The staff were incredible, professional and friendly, and really went above and beyond. We could hear the horses and look over the hotel's beautiful, colorful gardens. It's in a wonderful spot surrounded by nature. Highly recommend this gem!

The breakfast is still a topic of conversation in my family, it was that good! Nicolas and his wife made us feel completely at home, and everything about our stay at Chateau Hotel du Colombier was memorable. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, the food was incredible, and the setting and location were stunning. We'll remember this visit for a long time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The lovely staff and beautiful grounds made our stay at the Chateau Hotel Du Colombier a real pleasure. It feels like a countryside escape, while still being close to Saint Malo and other attractions. We’d love to come back.

We spent four nights here and already know we’ll return. The staff were a delight, always friendly and attentive, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The chef is a marvel. Our stylish room had old-world charm, a comfortable bed, lovely linen, and countryside views from the juliet balcony. The chateau sits somewhere peaceful where you can listen to birds in the grounds, yet fabulous St Malo, with plenty to see and do, is only about 10 minutes away. We felt very lucky to find it.
