For a two-star hotel, this was reasonable. We had an accessible ground-floor room that was a decent size, with a large wet room. It was clean and cleaned daily. The restaurant had an adequate continental breakfast and a standard menu with pizza and mussels. Parking is free on the side streets. I gave the location three stars because there’s little to do within walking distance, apart from the sea, about 200 yards away. It would certainly work for people taking the St Malo ferry who need somewhere to sleep the night before.

From the street, it looks like a pizza takeaway, but inside it’s a lovely restaurant with pizza, pasta, meat, fish, and fabulous desserts. We had a great meal, with good food and service in a pretty, comfortable setting. The kids menu also looked like good value.

I was staying in a nearby apartment, not here, and spotted this place open on Sunday evening when I wanted takeaway pizza. I ordered the Gourmande, which was really nicely made. Good service too, no complaints.

We’d been having trouble finding somewhere open, then came across this bar and restaurant. The food was tasty, the atmosphere relaxed, and the service friendly and personal. They had the Champions League on TV too. Liverpool losing was the only thing that could have improved the evening. Merci.

We only came to the restaurant for pizza and didn’t stay at the hotel. The Bretonne and Big Ben were both delicious, with lovely bases and plenty of toppings. The staff were friendly, service was good, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend.
