The price was good, the location nice, and things seemed to be run efficiently. The rooms feel a bit like student accommodation. The big problem is how little sound carries between rooms as privacy seems to be very poor. I could hear the couple next door making love in the middle of the night, almost like a porn soundtrack.

The room was clean, and we had what we needed to make tea and coffee. Breakfast felt a little pricey. For that cost, scrambled eggs and more croissants and pain au chocolat would have helped, since we had to share the pain au chocolat.

The reception and serving staff were kind and smiling, but cleanliness seemed neglected. There were awkward liquid stains over the bed's headboard, and mold in the bathroom tub.

The room doors didn't feel secure. One key could open other rooms.

A decent, inexpensive place for a short stay.
