We'd be happy to come back and see how it is in summer. We had a fantastic New Year's Eve stay with friends and four children, enjoying the charm of the grounds and the clean, tastefully decorated houses. They were incredibly comfortable.

A magical, spacious house, perfect for our family weekend. The grounds were magnificent, and the swimming pool was superb. The 18th-century house is beautiful and has been perfectly preserved.

A lovely pool for relaxing, and excellent beds. We really enjoyed the huge garden and the house's charming, authentic feel. It's peaceful and gives you complete privacy, making it ideal for time with family and friends. Highly recommend it!

Set in the small village of St Martin en Bière, La Marcotte is a peaceful place for anyone looking to unwind. It can host up to nine people, with a superb garden full of wide green spaces and what I'd call the most beautiful swimming pool in Seine-et-Marne. Once the heavy door closes behind you, the cozy atmosphere makes it easy to switch off. Time seems to stand still here. You can find it on the Pierres d'Histoire website.
