The dorm and bathrooms were spotless, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The take-away lunch was enormous, too. Christelle and Emmanuel are wonderful hosts and cooks, and their fluffy pets were lovely. The place is a great base for exploring this part of the Vercors. Their favorite baker and brewer are worth checking out as well. Bring a deck of cards and ask nicely, and 'Manu' might teach you a fantastic game.

Such a lovely place, with people who make you feel welcome right away.

We stopped in for afternoon tea right by the slopes and got such a warm welcome. Everything is made from scratch with local ingredients. The brownie bowl was incredible, and the blueberry tart was just as delicious. Highly recommend both!

The hikes nearby were a hit with the whole family, and the meals were delicious. The Black Forest cake made for our grandmother deserves a special mention, everyone loved it. We came for a family holiday and received a lovely welcome. A big thank you from all 12 of us. We highly recommend the place.

The setting is beautiful and the snow was fantastic, but what we got for the price felt like a rip-off. Half-board cost around €110 per person, and from the moment we arrived the welcome was cold. The owner stared at us without smiling, and the extremely strict rules made us feel like intruders. Our room was basic and the bed creaked. The shared showers were tiny, there wasn't much hot water, and there was a "SUPERB SHOWER" (see photo). Dinner was a fixed, bland menu with average portions, nothing special despite the promises of "local produce." Breakfast felt mass-produced and had no conviviality at all. We were uncomfortable the whole stay. There was no Wi-Fi or cell service, and the lights went out at 10 pm sharp. That may be fine for a mountain refuge, but not at this price for this level of service and food. We won't come back, and wouldn't recommend it unless you only want somewhere to sleep in the snow without comfort or human warmth.
