ibis Styles Saint Nazaire Centre Gare

The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful throughout. The bar and breakfast/dinner area is quite nice, and the happy hour drinks are good value. Our room was okay, though minimalistic, as you might expect from an Ibis Styles. Shower pressure could be a real problem. Several times, my water went from a good stream to a trickle and then stopped completely, before eventually coming back. The sink was clogged and drained extremely slowly, so it got pretty dirty. The hotel seemed to know, since the pop-up stopper had been removed and left by the faucet. We were there for a week, and I think the room was cleaned twice, and barely cleaned at that.

We had a lovely family stay, and the room upgrade on arrival gave us more space than we’d booked. The staff were welcoming and professional, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The atmosphere was warm, with great attention to detail. A relaxing, enjoyable stay, and we’ll definitely be back.

We loved how relaxed the lobby felt. The bar area is flexible and comfortable: we enjoyed a bottle of champagne in chairs while other people worked, ate dinner or played games. The rooms were clean, and we liked the decor and the general feel of the lobby. Customer service was outstanding. Special thanks to the staff member who spoke Italian, French and English. He opened our champagne perfectly and made exceptional coffee. We had a great stay!

I keep choosing this same hotel :) It’s clean and comfortable, and the staff are kind.
