The host was the highlight. We arrived too late for dinner, but she went out of her way to sort something out for us, then surprised us with croissants on the table outside the next morning. The little house is tucked away at the edge of the city centre. Upstairs there’s a lovely living room and kitchen, with two cosy bedrooms downstairs. Good beds, a good shower, and everything we needed. A very good place to stay!

Edwige gave us a perfect, thoughtful welcome, and I’m so grateful to her. This magnificent Troyes-style little house is warm and inviting, and you feel at home as soon as you arrive. I could happily stay forever. Words don’t really do it justice.
The rooms are nice, the hostess is friendly and there’s a lovely garden. Parking is included, right opposite. The only downside is that you can get to the bathroom only through one of the two rooms.
Really lovely little house, unusual and, above all, quiet. Edwige gave us an excellent welcome. I’ve found my place to stay if I come back to Troyes.
