I wouldn’t book the “Gourmet Diner Booking Deal” again. The meal was nothing special, and I’ve had better food in England. French food has a reputation to live up to, but this didn’t. And with budget hotels, I’m left wondering if they’re worth it. No, not this one.

I was touring France with my ballet troupe, and this hotel left me really disappointed. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and tobacco smoke kept lingering in my room’s bathroom. Breakfast was just as bad: the scrambled eggs were disgusting, while the boiled ones were sour and hard. If you’re trying to stay healthy, I wouldn’t choose this place.

We’ve been stopping here for years on trips between France and the UK. Parking is easy and feels safe, and breakfast is always great. They give us a warm welcome every time, and the stay is comfortable and convenient. Thank you.

The restaurant food was delicious 😋. It’s near the centre-ville, parking is free, and the rooms are clean. The receptionists are really friendly too.

The outside looks a bit scruffy, but my room was clean and a good size. I arrived late on a night when it was -3° outside, and the heating was already on, which was perfect. The kettle and coffee were welcome with my early start. The food was very good and the service excellent. My dog was welcome both in the room and the restaurant. Thoroughly recommend staying here.
